CAMP SCHEDULE & FEES
Camp runs from 8:00am – 3:00pm
$ 50.00 Registration fee per child – no discounts (non-refundable)
$165.00 per week , includes lunch and snack
$190 per week includes lunch, snack, and after care until 5:30pm
Before care:
7:00-8:00am - $10.00 per week or $3 daily when child arrives.
(If paid in advance, no refunds are given for un-used days)
Please check the 2 week minimum plus any additional weeks. Weeks do not have to be consecutive.

You may apply ON-LINE by completing the form below, or you can DOWNLOAD AND PRINT out the application and mail it or hand deliver it to the office. Please note that your application will not be considered complete until we receive your registration fee and camp tuition. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF PAYING VIA PAYPAL AFTER YOU REGISTER. If you choose to pay by check. Please mail checks to Camp Northlake, 70104 Wolverine Drive, Covington, LA 70433. PLEASE COMPLETE ONE FORM PER CHILD. Fields marked in BLUE are required.

REQUIRED FEES and PAPERWORK:
When you submit your application, we require that you include:
- 2-weeks tuition fee ($165 per week, per child OR $190 per week, per child, which includes after care) - PAYABLE VIA PAYPAL or via check.
- Registration Fee ($50 per child) - No Discounts; Non-refundable
- T-Shirt Fees ($8.00 per t-shirt; Shirts from previous summers may be worn)
- And the complete application per child.
You may elect to pay for these fees on-line by selecting the PayPal option on the next screen.
Applications will be processed when all fees are received. Fees for additional weeks are due and payable in advance on Monday of each week. Please put your child’s name on each check/payment.
T-SHIRTS
Your child will be required to wear a camp T-shirt each day. NO SHIRTS are included with the registration fee. For each shirt, the cost is $8.00. CAMPERS MAY WEAR CAMP SHIRTS FROM PREVIOUS SUMMERS.
