Holiday Camp Cancelation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. Because staffing, supplies, and activities are planned in advance based on enrollment, please review our Holiday Camp cancellation policy below.
Cancellations More Than One Month Before Camp
If you cancel your registration at least one month prior to the first day of the Holiday Camp, you will receive a partial refund:
70% of the total camp fee will be refunded.
30% of the total camp fee will be retained to cover administrative costs, staffing preparations, and supplies purchased in advance.
Cancellations Within One Month of Camp
Due to the nature of camp preparations, staffing commitments, and pre-purchased materials, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one month of the first day of the Holiday Camp.
This policy applies to all Camp Northlake Holiday Camps. The cancellation deadline will be determined based on the first scheduled day of each individual Holiday Camp.
