Registration Fee Per Child:
- $ 60.00 (no discounts / non-refundable)
Tuition Notes
- A minimum of two weeks tuition is due with the registration fee. Weeks do not have to be consecutive.
- Camp tuition is due two weeks before the week of attendance.
- At the end of the summer all remaining balances will be charged to the account on file.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the frequency of last-minute cancellations in previous years and the challenges associated with filling these vacancies on short notice, the following cancellation and refund policy will be enforced for all NCS summer camps* beginning May 2025:
Refunds will not be issued unless Camp Northlake administration receives written notification of the cancellation at least two weeks prior to the start of the camp session.
*This cancellation policy does not apply to athletic and enrichment camps.
Weekly Camp Session Fee (All tuitions include Lunch & Snack)
- 8:00-3:30 Regular Tuition $235.00
- 7:00-3:30 Tuition + Before Care $255.00
- 8:00-5:30 Tuition + After Care $275.00
- 7:00-5:30 Tuition + Before AND After Care $295.00
Camp Shirts:
- All camp shirts are $15/each
- Camp shirts are required to be worn every day
Before Care: 7:00-8:00
After Care: 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- The campers will be on the playground until 4:30 and then move to Movie Room #1 in the building until 5:30.
- CAMPERS REMAINING IN AFTER CARE BEYOND 5:30PM WILL BE CHARGED $1 PER MINUTE UNTIL THE CAMPER IS PICKED UP.
